Fast Fit Workbook

The Fast Fit Workbook was developed by Lindsey Johns of Inside The Hem. A home garment sewist for more than 10 years, she's perfected getting a great fit on the clothes she sews.
 
The Fast Fit system is her best-selling resource to date and the Workbook combines 89 of the worksheets with instructions, two croquis for self-measurements, a tools list, and more.
 
The Fast Fit system will use a combination of your body measurements, the pattern designer's size chart, and the patterns finished garment measurements to determine which size of the sewing pattern you should cut and any grading adjustments you need to make. It's easy to use and can be applied to any sewing pattern.
